Stevan Jovetic flew to Milan in order to complete his loan transfer to the Nerazzurri and have his medical.
The 25-year-old striker landed at the Malpensa airport earlier, but will reportedly undergo the Inter Milan medical and sign his contract the following day.
"I'm happy to be back, I know that the fans expect a lot from me," he is quoted by the Calciomercato.com.
"Physically, I’m in good shape."
Inter is believed to be getting the Montenegro international on a permanent deal for €15 million with €3 million going straight to the Citizens for a two-year loan and the remaining €12 million arriving in the summer of 2017 as a compulsory purchase fee.
Jovetic joined Manchester City in 2013, coming from a 5-year stint in Fiorentina.
