Juventus interest in Zenit midfielder Axel Witsel is intensifying after Milan gave up on the Belgian.
Reports suggests that the Bianconeri have approached his intermediaries and are discussing personal terms.
The Belgian midfielder's contract will expire in June 2017 and it is believed that he will not renew his contract. However Zenit will not release the player for less than €25m.
Witsel has been at Zenit St Petersburg since September 2012, when they paid €40m to Benfica.
Milan were in negotiations for Witsel earlier this summer, but have moved on to other targets, most notably Sampdoria’s Roberto Soriano.
