Tim Henman believes that there is more to come from Andy Murray as the world number three prepares for the US Open.
Murray aims to win the US Open for a second time and add a third Grand Slam, and Henman has claimed that there is more success on the way for the Scott tennis player, who has won more matches than any other player on the ATP Tour in 2015.
"He's playing as good a tennis as I've seen in a long time," the former British number one said
"Probably the best tennis I've seen him play in his career so I think it bodes very, very well.
"Why is he better than when he won his slams? I just think it's his overall consistency. When you look at his performances from the first eight months of this year, I think it's been the best and I think the clay court season was a big stepping stone.
"He really did play exceptionally well on the clay, winning two titles, winning in Madrid beating [Rafael] Nadal. So for me this is his best period of play and it will be interesting to see if he could add to his grand slam tally. I really believe he can."
