Aprilia Racing confirms that Stefan Bradl will see out the remainder of the 2015 MotoGP World Championship season.
The German striker has been highly-tipped to fill the vacant berth at Aprilia following the
announcement he had left Forward Racing by mutual consent.
Though it was confirmed that Bradl will be the full-time replacement for Marco Melandri, who split with the Gresini Racing-run squad eight races into the season following a run of poor performances.
Paired with former satellite Honda rival Alvaro Bautista, Bradl's move to the factory Aprilia team will be seen as a chance for the ex-LCR rider to also improve his fortunes having struggled for consistent form on the Forward Yamaha in 2015.
Bradl who became available after Forward Racing was forced to miss the next race in the United States as a reaction to team owner Giovanni Cuzari being arrested in Switzerland over alleged tax evasion.
However the team insists it will be present at the following Brno round, it hasn't been enough to convince Bradl to stay.
