AC Milan met Carlos Bacca's €21 million release clause and reached a consensus with Sevilla to sign the striker.
Aside from meeting the buy-out close, the Rossoneri reportedly agreed to personal terms with the 21-year-old Colombia national.
It is believed that representatives from the Serie A side are with Bacca on a holiday in his native country to proceed with a medical examination before the transfer become official.
Milan's official twiter account said, "Agreement reached with @SevillaFC_ENG for the transfer of @carlos7bacca, depending on Bacca passing the medical tests."
In his two seasons with Sevilla, Bacca had a total of 71 appearances and 34 goals. He has recently represent Colombia in Copa America where he was handed a red card for pushing Neymar.
