The Imminent Showdown
Barcelona
are few hours away from securing one of the two spots in Berlin. Most
Catalans who have watched the first leg of the team's semifinals match
against Bayern Munich highly believe that their 3-0 advantage is enough
to send the Blaugrana to the Olympiastadion on June 6.
Luis
Enrique's side is definitely the favorite to win the match-up. They are
hopefully five games away from their second treble in over 115 years of
history. Under the Andalusian coach, Barca have won 85.7% of their
games with an impressive record of W48, D3, L5.

The
team was not in their best form when Gerardo Martino passed down the
reigns to the former midfielder. Enrique has made quite an impact to the
once declining squad within the first 12 months of his duty. He had
built the most effective front three with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and
Neymar.
Asked
how he sees his squad ahead of their final clash with the Germans,
“Focused, concentrated and ready to win the game,” he answered.
“If
we have got this far with good results then we have to do the same. We
won’t sit back.” reminded the 45 year old coach in his press conference
in Munich.
The
Bundesliga side promise not to make it easy for the Spaniards. Pep
Guardiola and his team are set on crashing Barca's title hopes. Despite
missing a considerable amount of key players and losing their last four
games, the Bavarians are still determined to turn the tables in their
favor.
"Barcelona are strong on the break. If we let something slip, they'll punish us.
“We have to defend well. We can't go on the all-out attack. We have to control the game.
"We're Bayern - before a game I've never said that we have no chance. Of course we do,” said the former Barcelona coach.
Find out if Bayern can make an astounding comeback as they face Barca on May 13, 02:45 (GMT+8) at Allianz-Arena.
