Wolfsburg manager Dieter Hecking revealed that aside from Manchester City, other big clubs have also shown interest in acquiring attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne this summer.
The 24-year-old has been heavily-linked with a move to the Premier League team and reports suggested that it would finally be official this week.
However, Hecking divulged that the Citizens were not the sole bidder for De Bruyne's services. He stated that Real Madrid and Barcelona also made an offer for the Belgian international.
"He'll only leave if there's an extraordinary offer. I don't rule anything out and we'll listen to offers, but really he'll only leave for a great deal."
De Bruyne played for Chelsea in 2012 before transferring to Wolfsburg last year. He scored 16 times and registered 27 assists in 51 games for the Bundesliga club last season.
