It is well documented how furious Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was over Eva Carneiro, team's physio. Blues 2015-16 EPL debut was a disaster, not only did they fail to get three points against Swansea City, they also lost Thibaut Courtois to a red card for their next match.

Eva Carneiro made a wrong judgment in responding to a supposed injury by Eden Hazard late in the match vs Swansea. Note: referee Michael Oliver beckoned to the bench to make sure Hazard is being attended. Turned out, the injury was nothing serious. As a result Hazard had to leave the pitch, leaving the team with only nine men plus the substitute keeper.

The actions by Carneiro and the medical staff enraged Mourinho with the latter even calling them “impulsive and naive.” Carneiro has since then been demoted.
