There
is a high chance Foo Fighters will make it to the Rock and Roll Hall
of Fame. That might not be the only field they will get immense
recognition. If someone will start commissioning a Trolling Hall of
Fame now, the Seattle-based band will be the first and more popular
entry with their latest act.
The
band were targeted by some members of the religious hate group
Westboro Baptist Church during their concert in Kansas City Friday
night. How did they respond? By rickrolling the group of protesters.
For starters, rickrolling refers to the 1987 hit soing “Never Gonna
Give You Up” by Rick Astley. As if the song is not enough, band
members also trolled the protesters with placards with words "You
got Rick Roll'd again," and "Keep It Clean” to the
delight of their fans.
Right
by the moment Foo Fighters rolled their way in front of the
protesters, they were swarmed by their fans.
