Nick Kyrgios faces a 28-day suspension and fined $25,000 (£16,200) by the Association of Tennis Professionals for making lewd remarks about Stan Wawrinka's girlfriend.
The Australian tennis star was found guilty of "aggravated behaviour" after being caught in the camera telling Wawrinka that fellow tennis player Thanasi Kokkinakis had "banged" his girlfriend, who is rumoured to be Croatian Donna Vekic.
A statement from ATP said that Kyrgios's penalties will be scrapped as long as he "does not incur any fines for verbal or physical abuse at any ATP sanctioned tournament", or "does not accumulate fines totalling more than $5,000 (£3,169) for any other offences at ATP sanctioned tournaments".
Kyrgios is due to compete at the US Open next month.
