Paul Pogba is ready to reject a summer switch to Manchester City to join Barcelona instead.
The star is a top target for the Premier League big guns, who are willing to splash out £70million to land the Frenchman.
City are also prepared to offer Pogba a staggering £45m package to move to the Etihad, according to the Daily Star.
However, the 22-year-old wants to join Barcelona instead - and is prepared to wait.
The European giants are banned from bringing any players in this year after being found guilty of breaching FIFA's rules on the transfers.
But Pogba is happy to spend the next 12 months in Serie A before completing his dream move to Spain.
Meanwhile, the midfielder claims his decision to leave Manchester United has been justified, by Juventus reaching the Champions League final.
The Frenchman departed Old departed Old Trafford in 2012 after rejecting a new deal in search of guaranteed first-team football.
"I am happy with how my time has gone in Turin. I don’t regret it at all. I am very happy here and I enjoy it," he said.
“I am in a Champions League final with Juventus, not Manchester, so things have worked out very well for me.”
