According to reports, Phil Jones will sign a new Manchester United contract this week
The 23-year-old defender current contract expires in 2016, and it was reported that the new contract includes a £80k per week as part of the deal.
Fellow central defender Chris Smalling also signed a long-term deal in April, and it is believed that Jones has been offered a similar contract.
Jones joined Manchester United from Blackburn Rovers for £16m in 2011.
