After spending the last few days to negotiate for Geoffrey Kondogbia, Inter Milan has announced that they successfully acquired the services of the Frenchman.
Last week, it was reported that Milan chief Adriano Galliani went to Monte Carlo to personally deal with the bid for the 22-year-old defensive midfielder. They were competing against their bitter rivals AC Milan to sign Kondogbia.
The Nerazzurri posted a photo on Twitter, informing its followers that they have officially earned Kondogbia's agreement.
"Contracts signed with Monaco for @Geo_Kondogbia. The Frenchman will undergo a medical in Italy tomorrow #FCIM" @Inter_en tweeted.
France's national player also hinted about the move through a post containing blue and black dots pertaining to the club's colors in his social media account
Roberto Mancini's side's revealed that they have pulled out £28 million to seal the five-year deal with the footballer.
