Ciro Immobile suffered a serious head injury

Ciro Immobile’s appearance for Sevilla against Watford lasted only five minutes before he was stretchered off.

The forward had a clash of heads in tonight’s friendly at Vicarage Road and was down for some time with paramedics before it was safe to move him.

He was given oxygen, strapped to a stretcher and placed in a neck brace.

Immobile was taken to hospital for tests, but was given the all-clear.
