Chris
Brown's Philippines concert was only for one night. However, he
cannot fly out of the Southeast Asian country until now. According to
reports, the American RnB singer is being held for an estafa case
against his agent. This stems from the supposed New Year's Eve
concert which Brown missed because he lost his passport.

“That
moment u wake up and realise who the (expletive) you are and how
blessed you’ve been and finally understand you don’t need anyone
for anything except GOD! Then u realise how much time you wasted on
(expletive) and shitty people! ?゚レタ?゚レタ?゚レタ?,”
wrote the American R&B singer on Thursday.
Chris
Brown also posted a video on his Instagram account (and has since
been deleted) wondering what is going on.
“Can
somebody please tell me what the (expletive) is going on? I don’t
know, I’m reading headlines after headlines, what the (expletive)!
,” he said in the video.
Manila's
Immigration Bureau spokesperson Ellie Tan said Chris Brown is being
held because of a case filed against his Canadian promoter, John
Michael Pio Roda who is believed to have swindled millions of money
from fans who were promised that Brown will perform in 2014 New
Year's Even in the country's largest arena owned by Iglesia ni
Cristo, a politically powerful religious sect in the country.
Authorities
said Chris Brown can fly to Hong Kong for another concert today.
“It
was a misunderstanding that has since been cleared up. Chris leaves
tomorrow for Hong Kong to continue his planned performances,” said
Nicole Perna, a representative for Mr. Brown in the United States.
