The news was revealed in a trailer following the mid-season finale, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star announced that she is pregnant with her second baby after years of trying.
“I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant,” Kardashian tells her excited sister Khloé in the clip of their show.
