Warriors triumph as Western Conference Champs

The Oracle Arena once again proved that it's worthy of its name as it housed thundering roars when the Golden State Warriors finally nabbed the much coveted spot in the NBA Finals.

The Dubs defeated the Houston Rockets 104-90 in NBA Western Conference Final Game 5. With this victory, the franchise are through to the championship round for the first time since 1975. They will be facing the Eastern champs, Cleveland Cavaliers.

Regular season MVP, Steph Curry finished the game with 26 points while crestfallen James Harden came with a playoff record of 13 turnovers with just 2-11 field goals.

Harrison Barnes made it big with an impressive 24 points. He had been the game's highlight sinking most of his points in the final quarter when the Rockets were inching closer.

The Warriors will meet the Cavaliers on Jun 5th, 9:00 (GMT+8) for the Game 1 of the 2014-2015 NBA Finals.
