Reports suggested that Manchester United are considering swapping Angel di Maria for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani.
The Argentine international is believed to have had a tough first season in the Premier League on and off the pitch. He transferred to the Old Trafford after playing for Real Madrid for four years.
Recently, PSG boss Laurent Blanc claimed that the French club is still interested in acquiring Di Maria after failing to get him when he left Real Madrid last year.
According to The Express, the Red Devils value the 27-year-old winger at around £50m, but they would be willing to simply swap him with PSG striker Cavani. This move will instantly boost United's striking options following the sale of Robin van Persie to Fenerbahce.
