Everton are reportedly close to announce the arrival of Barcelona winger Gerard Deulofeu.
It is believed that the Premier League club has already struck a deal with the 21-year-old and are just waiting for the paperwork to be completed by the Spanish side. This would be the second signing of the summer for the Toffees after acquiring midfielder Tom Cleverley.
Deulofeu used to be on loan at Goodison Park in the 2013-14 season where he had scored four goals in 29 appearances. He was then transferred to Sevilla last season and had four goals in 28 matches.
The Spanish footballer had a hard time earning a regular starting spot at Camp Nou, but he believed that Everton's coach Roberto Martinez is the man to revive his career.
According to BBC Sports, Deulofeu's bid has cost Everton £5m and includes a fixed-price buy-back clause should the La Liga giants want to bring him home in the first two years.
UPDATE: It's official Everton have formally re-signed Gerard Deulofeu on a permanent basis. The Spaniard agreed to a three-year deal worth £4.3m and will move with the team on July 1.
